Forgot your RZ-PIN?

If you forgot your RZ-PIN, you can request a new one via e-mail using the following form. You can then use the new RZ-PIN to log in to the CIM service portal and set passwords for your accounts and services.

Note: For students, the contact e-mail address is set to the stu-address if it was not changed or removed manually.

If you have not set a verified e-mail address, please contact the Computing Centre's service desk.
